Terms of ServiceEffective Date: 13/05/2025These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of HYRANE SOFTWARE(“we”, “our”, or “the Application”). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
License and Usage Restrictions
  • You are granted a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Application solely for personal, lawful use.
  • You must not share, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to modify any part of the Application.
  • You may not publicly share the loader or related software. It may only be shared privately with other verified clients.
  • Use for investigative, monitoring, or competitive analysis purposes is strictly prohibited.
  • Your usage is limited to the key type you purchase. For example, if you purchase a key for (MP/WZ), you may not use it in ranked gameplay. Violating this will result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
Compliance with Third-Party Terms
  • You are solely responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of any third-party games or platforms used with the Application.
  • HYRANE SOFTWARE is not affiliated with any game developers, and does not condone misuse or violations of their terms. You agree not to hold us liable for any bans, suspensions, or penalties incurred as a result of your actions.
Intellectual PropertyAll intellectual property rights in the Application remain our exclusive property. No ownership rights are transferred to you through your use of the Application.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
  • Use the Application in any unlawful or unethical manner.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or access restrictions of the Application.
  • Use the Application in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties
Refund Policy (UK Compliant)
  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or used the Application.
  • By downloading or activating the Application, you waive your right to a 14-day cancellation period. Refunds are only issued in cases of technical failure on our part, which we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
  • To request a refund, contact hyranenetwork@protonmail.com with proof of purchase and explanation.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
  • The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee compatibility with specific games or platforms.
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your use or misuse of the Application.
TerminationWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time for violations of these Terms or suspected misuse.
Changes to the TermsWe may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the Application or email. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance.
ResellerYou may not resell the Application unless you are an officially listed reseller approved by HYRANE SOFTWARE. Resellers must spend a minimum of £60 per month through our store to retain active reseller status. If a reseller account is terminated, all keys purchased by that reseller may be disabled immediately. No refunds will be issued. However, replacement keys may be provided solely at the discretion of HYRANE SOFTWARE.
Governing LawThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If found to breaking any terms, with sufficient evidence, you will be permanently terminated & blacklisted from using HYRANE SOFTWARE.
